To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and RiskSignalData.ai agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

(c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or account.

In no event shall RiskSignalData.ai’s total liability for all claims related to the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you for access to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
